During Georgia Senate Hearing, Giuliani Team Shows Video of Suitcases Filled With Ballots Processed After Counting Supposedly Ended

The election was a sham, and there is “overwhelming proof of fraud,” Rudy Giuliani said Thursday in the second of two hearings at the Georgia Senate, and his team showed a damning video of suitcases stuffed with ballots processed once counting was supposedly finished.

The Senate Government Oversight Committee held the first hearing of the day to “evaluate the election process to ensure the integrity of Georgia’s voting process,” 11 Alive reported.

Video of the two hearings is available here.

NTD News tweeted, “#GeorgiaHearing: Attorney @RudyGiuliani urges #Georgia legislators to use their right to pick electors. “It’s your responsibility if a false and fraudulent count is submitted to the U.S government. And it’s clear that the count you have now, is false.”

During the second hearing, at a subcommittee for the Senate Committee on Judiciary, Giuliani said this is a “terrible, terrible constitutional crisis,” and in such times, one must look to the Founding Fathers. A body like the Georgia Senate is closest to the people.

He slammed the “ridiculous rejection rate” for mail-in ballots of only 0.2 percent from the 2020 election, vs. the 6.4 percent rejection rate from 2016. That is due to election officials not allowing Republicans to be near the ballots.

“Why were they putting us in corrals?” he asked.

Giuliani singled out Democratic-led cities like Detroit, Pittsburgh, Philadelphia, Milwaukee and Phoenix.

“It’s no accident,” he said.

State Sen. William Ligon (R-Brunswick) chaired the subcommittee meeting. He issued a statement about the “unprecedented challenges.

“We are facing unprecedented challenges to our election system and its integrity,” stated Sen. Ligon. “As Georgians, we must step up to the enormous task that faces us. I appreciate Chairman Jesse Stone appointing this subcommittee. His charge to me is to examine the recent election cycle, the recount process, the audit process, the current investigations taking place, the litigation that is moving forward, as well as address issues relating to the upcoming runoffs. That is a broad mandate to accomplish in such short order, yet, by the grace of God, we will accomplish the task with the help of patriotic Georgia citizens.”

Hearings have previously been held in Michigan, Pennsylvania and Arizona, Breitbart said.
