Henry County Superior Court Chief Judge Brian Amero has reportedly done away with a lawsuit that alleged election fraud in Fulton County, Georgia during last year’s presidential election.
Members of the nonprofit VoterGA wanted to inspect Fulton County’s mail-in ballots. This, after four senior poll managers signed sworn affidavits indicating they handled counterfeit ballots during the Fulton County hand count audit.
According to The Atlanta Journal Constitution (AJC) on Tuesday, a team of state investigators said they found no counterfeit ballots. The investigators reportedly acted on behalf of Georgia Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger.
Amero, in dismissing the lawsuit Wednesday, said the people who filed the lawsuit “failed to allege a particularized injury,” according to The Conservative Brief.
Favorito told The Georgia Star News on Wednesday that Raffensperger and state investigators “tampered with the ballots and violated Georgia law.”
“The ballots were under seal by normal certification, and they would have had no business to tamper with them,” Favorito said, adding he and members of his team will appeal on multiple grounds.
“It’s Georgia law. If they wanted to look at them prior to the court order they would have had to go to court and get an order to unseal them the same way that we did. And they claim that they did it before the order was placed to preserve, so that would have been while the ballots were under seal from certification.”
According to The AJC, state investigators examined 1,000 absentee ballots that were allegedly pristine “with perfectly filled-in ovals and no fold lines.”
Favorito said he and members of his team wanted to inspect the ballots before state investigators got to them.
The Star News asked Favorito if he trusted Raffensperger when he said state investigators found no counterfeit ballots.
“I think they made it up,” Favorito said.
“The secretary of state was already on record as saying this was the safest and cleanest election in Georgia history. They wouldn’t want to reveal evidence counter to his claim.”

Judge Amero is an absolute DISGRACE. HE IS NOT A JUDGE..THE ONE WITH NO STANDING IS HIM. AND HIS KIDS, AND GRANDHILDREN ARE GONNA KNOW ALL ABOUT IT…and all his associations, organizations, friends, and neighbors, HOW HE IS UNAMERICAN AND SHOULD NOT BE A JUDGE.
