Trump Lawyers Bombshell: We Have More Than Enough to Overturn the Election

ATLANTA, Georgia – President Trump’s top lawyers hosted a press conference saying they have more than enough evidence to overturn the election. Attorneys Rudy Giuliani, Sidney Powell, and Jenna Ellis gave the joint preliminary presentation.

Giuliani offered state-by-state breakdowns outlining evidence of voter fraud; Powell delved into the fraud committed using electronic voting systems, including Dominion Voting Systems; and Ellis explained how the legal process would work to investigate the alleged multi-tiered orchestration of fraud that occurred.

A few minutes prior to the legal team taking the stage, a staffer moved a blank board to reveal a map of the country reading, “Multiple Pathways to Victory.” The states colored in red were Nevada, Arizona, Wisconsin, Michigan, Pennsylvania, and Georgia – six of the states in contention currently.

Giuliani stepped up first to speak. He mentioned that their affidavits may cause nearly 700,000 mail-in ballots in Pennsylvania to be thrown out, due to a lack of inspection of those ballots.

CASE

“The only time you can ever find out if it is a fraudulent ballot is when it is looked at. The minute you approve this [the ballot] the only thing left is the vote. That could’ve been Mickey Mouse. That could’ve been a dead person. That could’ve been the same person [voting] 30 times. And all these things have happened, by the way,” Giuliani said.

Because of that, Giuliani stressed, Georgia’s recount wouldn’t tell auditors anything because it would only recount the same fraudulent ballots.

Then, Giuliani stated that their team has extensive evidence of over-voting in Michigan and Wisconsin.

“We have over-votes in numerous precincts. One of the reasons that one of Republicans didn’t certify was because the vote was monstrously high,” he said. “The frustration of this is – what I’m describing to you is massive fraud. It isn’t 100 votes switched here or there.”

Giuliani added that their team plans to file a lawsuit in Georgia on Friday. He cited the incident prohibiting Republicans from watching the absentee ballot counting process, and mentioned their team had proof of numerous double voters, out-of-state voters, and voter intimidation.

Their team also plans to bring another lawsuit to Arizona, according to Giuliani. And, he stated that their team has received significant voter fraud allegations from New Mexico and Virginia.

“The states we have indicated in red – Nevada, Arizona, Wisconsin, Michigan, Pennsylvania, and Georgia – we have more than double the votes to overturn the election,” he said. “Look at the lawsuits, look at what’s alleged, and look at the affidavits.”

Apparently, the evidence presented isn’t everything they have. Giuliani stated that there were other aspects of fraud that he wasn’t at liberty to reveal. He asked the viewer to think critically about the simultaneous decisions made by elections officials to adopt similar ballot counting practices.

“We cannot allow these crooks – because that’s what they are – to steal the election from the American people,” stated Giuliani. “They didn’t elect Joe Biden. Biden is in the lead because of the fraudulent ballots, the illegal ballots that were allowed to be used after the election was over. Give us an opportunity to prove it in court – we will.”

Then, famous Gen. Michael Flynn lawyer Sidney Powell asserted that the country’s electronic voting systems were influenced by Venezuela, Cuba, and possibly even China.

Powell stated that their team placed Venezuela’s Hugo Chavez as the chief orchestrator of the creation of Dominion Voting Systems and Smartmatic software.

Jenna Ellis took the stage as the third voice for their team. She contextualized the necessary length of time for these trials by referring to simpler civil trials she’d done in the past.

“This is not a law and order episode, where everything is neatly wrapped up in sixty minutes,” she said. “Trials take time – this is basically an opening statement so that the American people can understand what the media has been hiding from them.”

Then, Ellis called out journalists and major media outlets for imposing final judgments without allowing their team to present their evidence in court.

Ellis explained that the press conference served as an opening statement – an overview, not a fact-finding process.

“If the United States caves to corruption for this kind of election integrity disaster, then no election will be secure from here on out. We are the representatives that are here standing in this gap and defending President Trump and defending you, the American people, at the end of the day,” she said. “As my colleagues have said, we will not back down, we will not be intimidated. You the press should cover this fairly adn should know this matters to election integrity. [The election] is irredeemably compromised, and we will show that.”

During the questions portion of the press conference, several journalists asked the team why the legal proceedings have been drawn out, and where their evidence was.

Giuliani took to the podium to reiterate their previous statement: all normal legal processes take time, even in this case, and their sworn affidavits and hacking proofs are the evidence.

“Whether you agree or disagree with the affidavit[s] – [they’re] evidence. You’re lying to the American people if you say there’s no evidence.”
