Reporter and filmmaker Ami Horowitz traveled to Minneapolis to interview residents about the trial of former Minneapolis Police officer, and killing of George Floyd.
He released a two-minute compilation of interviews Tuesday night, after Chauvin’s conviction for second and third degree murder, along with manslaughter.
“Burn the whole city down. What does it matter?” one resident told Horowitz.
“Seems like you’re trying to erase our like… like destruct the whole race of like… you know, the African American race,” the same resident said later in the video.”
The same resident said the United States needs another civil war.
“If that’s what it takes, then I believe so,” she said. “If that’s what it’s gonna take to revamp everything, for everything to be equal, at least for us to have justice, then I think so.”
But the most shocking claim in the video came from another resident, who advocated for killing White Americans outrightly.
“I don’t want to say we need to start killing all White folks, but it’s like, but, maybe they need to feel the pain and the hurt,” she said.
Two other interviewees also advocated for burning Minneapolis to the ground, and one said that Chauvin should have been convicted of Floyd’s murder without a trial.
Another interviewee said he would support “street justice” against Chauvin if he was not convicted.

Lady, you need to get off CNN AND MSNBC. You will stay lied to the rest of your life, and people will continue to make fun of you, and laugh at you behind your back. Ask people like Alan West, Condoleeza Rice, Ben Carson, maybe you will learn something, instead of being led around by the nose. By the way why are you called American African? instead of the other way around, and how do you know your ancestors came from Africa, the majority of slaves came from South America. Maybe you should drop the African, and say either American, or black American, but if you keep watching those channels stated above, soon you will be ANTI AMERICAN.
