TRUMPDATE: Latest from the Team Trump Virginia Campaign for October 21

Welcome to the Wednesday edition of our daily Virginia Trump campaign update! We will provide our readers with daily updates on the Trump Virginia campaign from today to November 3 (and after…if need be!).

It’s officially 13 days until the election on November 3 – and 10 days until early voting in Virginia closes. President Trump meets Joe Biden in the final presidential debate TOMORROW NIGHT. The deadline to request a mail-in ballot in Virginia is Friday, October 23.

President Trump spoke at a rally in Pennsylvania on Tuesday, as we are now inside of two weeks before the polls close. The president will address supporters in North Carolina today before he returns to the White House. Since recovering from COVID-19, the president has spent 10 straight days on the campaign trail speaking in battleground states, pushing voters to get to the polls and vote for his re-election.

The president will meet Joe Biden in the final debate on Thursday at Belmont University in Nashville, Tennessee. The Commission on Presidential Debates has reportedly added a new rule, where the microphone of the candidate not speaking will be muted for the duration of each candidate’s two minute answer to moderator questions.

CASE

The Trump campaign briefed reporters on Tuesday with the latest numbers on the unprecedented movement to get President Trump four more years in the White House.

According to Nick Trainer, Director of Battleground Strategy, the campaign has trained 2.5 million volunteers, knocked on over 28 million doors, and contacted over 124 million voters. It easily makes the president’s re-election campaign the largest grassroots campaign in the history of American politics.

The Joe Biden campaign pails in comparison. They time and time again have overlooked the polling and are using blind faith to secure votes.

By the time early voting in Virginia ends on October 31, nearly two million votes will have been cast. With the president’s campaign being the largest collective effort in history, it’s no surprise the early voting numbers have also hit record highs.
