Fox News’ Karl Rove said Tuesday that Republican nominee Donald Trump only needs to win one state between Pennsylvania, Georgia or Michigan in order to become president-elect.

Trump would win 252 electoral votes if he wins the battleground state of Arizona, Nevada, and North Carolina on Election Night, which would only require the former president to win either Pennsylvania, Michigan or Georgia in order to secure the 270 electoral votes needed to win, Fox News host Bill Hemmer pointed out. Rove said Trump can afford to lose some of the key battleground states and still come out “over the top” in such a close race.

Former President Donald Trump unveiled a new proposal on Tuesday, pledging to establish a “compensation fund” for victims of migrant crime in the United States.

Speaking to the public during a press conference at Mar-a-Largo, Trump highlighted the growing threat of Tren de Aragua and other international crime syndicates being imported into the U.S. through mass illegal immigration. The Republican candidate pledged to dismantle these migrant gangs and use their seized assets to create a compensation fund for the victims of their crimes.

Judge Seeks ‘Limited Protective Order’ in Trump Assassination Case

The Nevada Supreme Court ruled on Monday that mail-in ballots received up to three days after Election Day without a postmark must be counted, rejecting a Republican challenge.

State law requiring mail-in ballots to be counted even with a postmark that “cannot be determined” applies to mail-in ballots that do not have postmarks at all, the state Supreme Court decided.

Of the 14 million illegal border crossers reported under the Biden-Harris administration, more than 3 million are from four countries whose citizens were granted expanded entry through a parole program created by U.S. Department of Homeland Security Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas: Cuba, Haiti, Nicaragua and Venezuela (CHNV).

At least 2,496,080 illegal border crossers from CHNV countries were reported under the Biden-Harris administration, according to U.S. Customs and Border Protection data. The data represents fiscal years 2021-2024, excluding the first three months of fiscal 2021 under the previous administration. The federal fiscal year is from Oct. 1 through Sept. 30.
